With a strong market presence and around 50 employees, this is a key hire for a well-established team. The business is well-regarded within its niche, primarily legal indemnity insurance across real estate and probate. The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running with a good understanding of this complex regulatory space.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a key point of contact across the business, collaborating with underwriters, IT, and wider operational functions
Qualifications
  • A compliance professional with solid experience in a regulated insurance environment (ideally Lloyds syndicate, preferably legal indemnity, probate, or real estate focused)
  • Someone confident, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; you’ll be trusted to take the lead and work independently
  • An easy-going and diligent operator who thrives in a smaller business with minimal red tape and a flexible, agile approach
  • Exposure to working in a hybrid model and comfortable being hands-on across the business
  • Proven ability to influence, advise, and support senior stakeholders
Why apply?
  • Competitive salary with flexibility for the right person starting from £70K+
  • Good benefits package including private medical, life insurance, salary sacrifice schemes, and annual bonuses
