A public housing organization is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with statutory checks across properties. You will manage records, handle contractor relations, and maintain safety standards in areas such as gas and fire safety. Candidates should have a GCSE in English and Maths, strong organization skills, and a comprehensive understanding of compliance standards. This role is based in Gloucester with a hybrid work model.

We’re looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to play a vital role in keeping our homes safe and compliant. Youll be responsible for ensuring that all statutory checks, servicing, repairs, and installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards across our property portfolio.
Youll work closely with contractors, colleagues, and auditors to ensure compliance across key areas such as gas, electrical, fire safety, water hygiene, lift maintenance, asbestos, and damp and mould management.
