  • Ongoing Monitoring – Perform periodic rescreening of suppliers, investigate potential compliance issues, and manage corrective action plans to address non‑compliance.
  • Finance Transformation (Oracle ERP) – Support the implementation of compliance controls within Oracle ERP, participate in UAT testing, and help design SOPs and training materials for system users.

This role is office‑based, focused on financial compliance, risk management, and system integrity – no travel or on‑site supplier audits required.

About You
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Controls – ideally in a large, regulated, or multinational environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Anti‑Bribery and Corruption (ABC) laws; familiarity with GDPR is a plus.

  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills. A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Law, or Business. Professional certification (ICA, ACAMS, or similar) preferred.
