A specialist health and social care provider is seeking a Compliance Officer to monitor quality standards across care homes in London. The successful candidate will support audits, analyse data, and provide training to staff. The role of a Compliance Officer is extremely important to us as they ensure our homes are up to CQC standards and that our service users are being provided with the best care possible.
Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
We have 6 care homes within the Croydon area, varying in size, which will be locations you will visit in this position, so driving is essential.
As a compliance officer, it is your responsibility to travel between sites to support the review of homes, in accordance with CQC principles to ensure we remain compliant and pass audits. Through data analysis and spot checks, you will identify any issues that may be present/ arise and assist in the action plan to resolve them.
