Job Description

We are partnering with a forward‑thinking organisation in Glasgow to identify a talented and ambitious Compliance Manager specialised in investments and regulatory adherence. In this permanent role, you will be instrumental in supporting and developing our clients compliance function. You will serve as a key contact for regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with FCA standards, while providing proactive advice, training, and strategic oversight. Your responsibilities will encompass communication and reporting to the FCA, policy management, company secretarial duties, and supporting legal processes across the business, all aimed at maintaining the highest standards of compliance and legal integrity within a dynamic financial services environment.

• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance processes, ideally within financial services.
• Proven experience in compliance, with the ability to manage a broad and varied workload.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting complex regulatory and legal requirements for diverse stakeholders.
• Solid organisational skills with keen attention to detail, managing priorities effectively.
• Experience working with external regulators, advisors, and legal service providers.
• Qualifications such as a Law degree, ICSA/CGI certification, or ICA compliance certification are desirable but not essential.
