Corpay in London is seeking a Compliance Manager, FIU to lead a team of financial-crime investigators, ensuring high-quality investigations and regulatory reporting. You will report to the Head of FIU – EMEA and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and senior stakeholders.

You will coach, allocate workload, manage escalations, and ensure AML/CTF compliance across UK and EU customers and entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in compliance, preferably second-line or holistic compliance.
• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading and coaching a compliance team.
• Strong ability to manage investigations and escalations.

In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of financial-crime investigators, ensuring high-quality investigation standards, effective escalation management, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.
