Overview

Housing Services are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager with expertise and experience in Fire, Asbestos, Damp and Mould.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Compliance specialists with responsibility for strategic and operational compliance across the service.
  • Act as a technical expert with excellent communication skills, collaborating with colleagues, tenants, and other members of the Building Safety Team to ensure tenants are kept safe and the Council's housing stock meets and exceeds legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in procurement, contract and budget management and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Additional information

This is a hybrid working role and you will be required to be in the office at least two days a week.
