A leading educational institution in Wolverhampton is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure partner compliance with educational requirements. You will engage with various stakeholders and oversee risk management related to partnerships. Ideal candidates will have experience in compliance, excellent organizational skills, and a legal background. The University of Wolverhampton is recruiting for a Compliance Manager within the Educational Partnership Unit (EPU).
You will ensure that partners comply with relevant educational and commercial requirements. You will liaise with supporting departments to ensure relevant data are available to the EPU, partner and other internal stakeholders.
Working closely with the University’s legal services on new and existing partnership agreements, you will set the operational standard for partnership compliance, lead on due diligence and institutional approval of prospective partners, and oversee partnership risk registers and mitigations.
Based in Wolverhampton, you will be expected to work across all our campus locations and may need to travel to UK and international partners.

The Directorate of ADS is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing institutional frameworks, standards and policies for all aspects of the University’s taught portfolio. It provides support for students and staff, leads on the University’s Access and Participation Plan (APP), ensures a high quality sustainable educational portfolio aligned to the curriculum framework, and supports teaching related activities to meet KPIs and regulatory compliance.
The Directorate supports cross‑institutional activities such as continuous monitoring and improvement (CMI) and curriculum review, enhances student outcome metrics, and responds to surveys such as the National Student Survey, Postgraduate Teaching Experience Survey and the Graduate Outcomes Survey.
It plays a key role in developing, enhancing and evaluating the impact of the University activities that support the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) and works with faculties and the Student Journey Directorate in delivering the Student Success Strategy.
