  • Manage training schedules and coordinate with our chosen qualification and training provider for consistency across all sites.
  • Oversee compliance for manufacturer approvals and prepare for BSI and manufacturer audits.
  • Manage and monitor compliance relating to the company’s O‑Licence and fleet of 9 trucks, ensuring all operator and vehicle requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping for all compliance, audit, and certification documentation.
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management on compliance performance, upcoming renewals, and audit outcomes.
  • Support Site Managers in implementing corrective actions and maintaining ongoing compliance improvements.
About You
  • Proven experience in a compliance, quality, or audit role within the accident repair, bodyshop, or motor vehicle industry.
  • Strong understanding of BSI standards, manufacturer approval requirements, and training/accreditation processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage compliance across multiple sites (approx. 15 staff per site).
  • Knowledge of O‑Licence compliance and vehicle operations desirable.
  • Confident communicator able to liaise with all levels of staff and external auditors.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum
