Compliance Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £45,000

Panoramic Associates is working with a respected housing association to appoint a Compliance Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a pivotal role with real responsibility, offering the opportunity to lead compliance activity across the organisation and ensure buildings meet all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to‑date health & safety and compliance records across all properties.
  • Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks, ensuring appropriate governance controls are in place.
  • Develop and manage budgets, work programmes, and project plans for compliance initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance policies and procedures are followed, reviewed, and updated where required.
  • Lead contractor progress meetings, tracking actions and ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Monitor performance and report against key compliance measures.
  • Manage compliance work orders, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and completed.
  • Carry out customer satisfaction calls and produce reports to identify trends and improvement actions.
  • Work closely with Engagement and Communications Officers to promote compliance initiatives.
  • Produce reports and articles for the Annual Report, tenant communications, and internal documentation.
  • Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory changes, briefing the Senior Management Team as required.
  • Work in partnership with the Maintenance Manager to ensure coordinated delivery.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
