What you’ll be doing

  • Support and deliver departmental and corporate strategic objectives
  • Engage with other Group departments to support regulatory change, demonstrating the right knowledge, skills and behaviours
  • Review and produce reports for governance committees, ensuring they reflect key risks and presented to a high standard
  • Deal with departmental and project queries, ensuring you provide the required level of support to the business areas across the Group with robust and timely second-line regulatory and conduct technical advice
  • Ensure you build robust and quality relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
About You

  • Demonstrate passionate people management, focused on professional and personal development of self and others
  • Able to effectively adapt communication styles to provide feedback and guidance both verbally and in written reports
  • Apply risk-based decision making and able to influence stakeholders to drive the regulatory agenda
  • Interpret regulatory developments and apply them to Paragon Group’s activities
  • Be confident to manage own workload and deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality advice

Working hours

37.5 hours per week / hybrid – 2/3 days in the office per week
