A leading UK airport operator is seeking a Compliance Manager for Manchester Airport. The role involves assessing operational performance standards in aviation security, leading governance on security systems, and contributing to process improvements. Ideal candidates should have aviation security experience, strong communication skills, and be trained to National Aviation Security Level 2 or above. As Compliance Manager at Manchester Airport, you will inspect, assess and report on the operational delivery of Airport performance standards, including infrastructure and technology, providing assurance that business objectives and regulatory standards are being met. You will lead on security systems governance, including CCTV, CEM and other reporting systems, and the development of Power BI reporting that supports the attainment of a MAN Security Management System. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement and development of security processes including new technologies, training and security best practices.
We are looking for someone who has experience working in aviation security and is trained to National Aviation Security Level 2 or above. You'll be a strong communicator, with the ability to influence and gain credibility with others across the business. You'll also have excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and report findings at a senior level.
