Compliance Manager – Fixed Term Contract (12–18 months), Cobham £50,000 – £55,000

An independent firm of Chartered Accountants is seeking a Compliance Manager for a 12–18 month fixed term contract. The firm is well known for its professional yet flexible culture and strong emphasis on staff wellbeing.

This is a key role in maintaining the highest standards of compliance across the business.

Responsibilities

• Leading client vetting and onboarding procedures
• Managing both internal compliance processes and external coordination
• Handling client annual returns and GDPR responsibilities
• Acting as the first point of contact with professional bodies
• Overseeing software licensing
