Job Description

As Compliance Manager, you report to the Legal Department and work within a team of 6 lawyers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining compliance frameworks such as anti-corruption and data privacy;
  • Developing, delivering, and overseeing compliance training programs for employees;
  • Conducting internal investigations related to compliance issues and policy violations;
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and updating compliance policies accordingly;
  • Collaborating with legal, HR, and business teams to ensure compliance standards are met;
  • Preparing compliance reports and participating in audits or regulatory investigations.
The Successful Applicant

You are a compliance lawyer or compliance manager with at least 8 years of experience within a legal department or law firm. You have proven experience managing compliance or in a related role. You have strong knowledge of anti-corruption laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and compliance frameworks. You have experience in training, conducting, and managing investigations. You possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. You speak English fluently.
