Position: CX Compliance Lead Analyst (Compliance Operations) – responsible for end-to-end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers (individuals/entities) that may lead to drafting and filing a SAR, proactively detecting emerging risks, optimizing compliance processes, and testing new tools and models before production.
Pay Transparency: The target annual salary range is £55,620 — £61,800 GBP, plus bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, and vision).
