Qualifications

  • Qualified Lawyer or strong in-house/law firm background.
  • Experience with technology, SaaS, or data protection contracts.
  • Excellent communicator, confident working cross-functionally.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable under pressure.

  • Review, draft & negotiate supplier / tech contracts.
  • Ensure alignment with firm policies & ISO standards.
  • Support supplier onboarding & due diligence.
  • Advise on third-party risk and adoption of new tech.
  • Monitor legal/regulatory changes & implement updates.
  • Deliver training on supplier risk / data protection.
  • Prepare internal reports & support audits.

  • Advise on third-party risk and adoption of new tech (inc. AI tools)
  • Monitor legal/regulatory changes & implement updates
  • Deliver training & awareness on supplier risk / data protection
  • Prepare internal reports & support audits
About you:
