A housing provider in Manchester is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to manage the compliance system and support KPI achievements. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, extensive experience in a surveying team, and up-to-date legislative knowledge. We have an exciting position available for Compliance Coordinator to join us! You will be responsible for managing our compliance system and supporting the One Manchester Homes Directorate in ensuring that compliance KPIs are met. Always ensure that issues with the compliance system are dealt with in a timely manner. You will assist the Director of Homes in KPI reporting, ensure suitable evidence is supplied to close actions and train or support internal and external personnel on the use of the compliance system.
