A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure properties comply with fire safety legislation. Responsibilities include assisting in fire safety management, conducting inspections, and liaising with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience in compliance roles and knowledge of relevant regulations. This is a hybrid position based in County Durham.
£16.05 an hour

To ensure the housing association's properties remain compliant with fire safety legislation and best practice. The role supports the delivery of fire risk assessments, manages remedial actions, and provides technical and administrative support to ensure residents' safety and regulatory compliance.
