Position: Compliance Co-ordinator

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Start Date: Immediate, until September 2025

Company: A corporate business based in Nottingham

Role Overview: You will work as part of a small team supporting the day-to-day compliance coordination of the contract.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the client and respond to calls and emails professionally and promptly.
2. Determine the nature and priority of faults based on provided information.
3. Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources.
4. Ensure work is scheduled in accordance with SLAs and update clients' internal systems.
5. Review all submitted paperwork from subcontractors to ensure proper management within CAFM.
6. Support supply chain management and ensure attendance within required SLAs.
7. Allocate internal engineers for call-outs and maintenance visits, ensuring attendance within SLAs.
8. Monitor calls from customers, complete calls, and update records accordingly.
9. Understand the scope of the contract thoroughly and ensure all work complies with contract scope and service levels.
10. Promote and uphold the company's culture within teams.
11. Manage the system as a key user.
