Compliance Coordinator – 6 Month Contract – Manchester – up to £350 per day (Inside IR35)

About the Role
A global technology company is seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join their Manchester team on a 6-month contract. This role will see you supporting both compliance and business teams, ensuring the smooth running of operations within a licensed insurance environment. You’ll be a key link between internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulators, managing a variety of compliance, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and upload monthly insurance bordereaux.
• Prepare Netherlands insurance tax reports (reporting only).
• Manage portal access and uploads for both internal and partner platforms.
• Process partner invoices and statements, including payments.
• Manage entity-level corporate payments.
• Oversee Professional Indemnity Insurance renewals.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, directing queries to relevant stakeholders.
• Handle DocuSign processes for contracts and approvals.
• Act as the main point of contact for brokers.
• Coordinate group policy renewals.
• Support multiple regulatory position applications and Board appointments.

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings a precise, organised, and proactive approach, with strong experience in compliance and regulatory environments. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in finance, compliance support, or a related role.
• Experience working with insurance partners, regulators, or tax authorities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Solutions-focused and collaborative team player.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Contract Details

• Location: Manchester (hybrid)
• Rate: £350 per day (Inside IR35)
• Duration: 6 months initially
