Compliance Coordinator

Up to £30k - Doncaster DN5

If you are a proactive and organised administrator who has enjoyed working within compliance, quality or in a highly regulated environment, Compliance Coordinator may be the job for you.

Based in Doncaster and part of a close-knit team, who call this position Compliance Coordinator / Administrator, you will play a key role with duties including:

  • Coordinating customers' legal documentation and ensuring all incoming product is correctly logged and traceable.
  • Communicating with customers to gather essential documentation for compliance.
  • Learning what is required by the ISCC Requirements (ISCC - International Sustainability and Carbon Certification), training will be provided.
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in line with the ISCC requirements.
  • Supporting internal teams (supply chain, operations, compliance) with data and reporting.
  • Assisting with audit preparation and ensuring that all evidence is ready and compliant.
  • Helping drive continuous improvement in our sustainability and traceability processes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Must have experience from within compliance, quality or regulations.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Energy, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator; able to follow up with customers clearly and professionally.
  • Enthusiastic about sustainability, circular economy or environmental impact.
Benefits
  • Hours: 40 hrs per week 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
  • Pension: The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. In addition, for every 1% the employee contributes the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10%
