The Recipe
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about quality and compliance to help deliver our Unbeatable Quality Strategy. In this role, you’ll support the Compliance Manager to uphold the highest standards across our bakery and depot operations. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our sites meet all legal requirements and company expectations around food safety, hygiene, and product quality, helping us maintain the trust of our customers and the integrity of our brand.
In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering and analysing monitoring data to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards within the Quality Management System, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and audit readiness. You'll assist the Compliance Manager in maintaining the accuracy of the document and incident management systems, ensuring timely updates and reliable reporting. Internal site audits will be completed to schedule, verifying that control measures are consistently followed and documented. You'll also play a key role in promoting food safety and hygiene standards across the bakery, helping teams understand and deliver against expectations. Working closely with the Compliance Manager, you'll contribute to the identification and implementation of appropriate hygiene protocols, while supporting product quality assurance through routine checks and alignment with brand and regulatory standards.
