Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, offering mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, utilizing technological solutions to manage our teams efficiently.

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join the team on our Kent County Council project based in West Malling, Kent.

The purpose of the role is to ensure all PPMS are carried out appropriately and cost-effectively, improving operational management systems, processes, and introducing innovative working methods. The role also involves ensuring the organization’s processes remain legally compliant, managing the supply chain, workflow, and in-house staffing.

What you'll do:

  1. Oversee and review all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks and remedial works, ensuring updates are accurately recorded in internal CAFM systems promptly.
  2. Communicate effectively with the supply chain to ensure scheduled maintenance is completed before due dates.
  3. Ensure all PPMs and statutory tasks comply with contract and legislative requirements, and manage KPI failure processes, communicating issues to operations managers.
  4. Review, upload, and manage compliance documents for PPM tasks on Concept and SharePoint.
  5. Audit documentation to ensure readiness for review.
  6. Understand and advise on contractual reporting requirements.
  7. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners within the contract.
  8. Support and lead the implementation of operational best practices.
  9. Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role, with knowledge of compliance and data analysis.
  10. Proficiency in Office 365 and BIM.
  11. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  12. A reliable, confident, and well-presented individual with a strong work ethic.
  13. Facilities management or related qualifications.
  14. Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, planning, and organizational skills.
  15. IOSH 3-day or NEBOSH certification.
  16. Extensive knowledge of Concept CAFM and superuser responsibilities.
