Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in Compliance processes and systems in Greater London. The BA will engage across complex projects, ensuring effective communication between business and technology teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, developing test plans, and supporting user acceptance testing. Candidates should have proven experience within a top-tier bank or consultancy, strong knowledge of Compliance processes, and proficiency in SQL. This position does not offer sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Proven business analysis experience within a top-tier bank or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and experience compiling proposals.
• Knowledge of Compliance and Financial Crime processes.
• Experience with Bonds, Derivatives, and core banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and compile Business Requirements & Functional Specification documents.
• Engage across the project lifecycle ensuring clear communication.
• Formulate and present proposed solutions to business users.
• Develop and perform system integration testing.
