Job summary

Unico Recruitment (London) Ltd is seeking a Compliance & Audit Officer to join a busy quality and compliance team. You will lead internal audits, facilitate external audits, and help maintain ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and progress toward 27001:2013 across the organisation.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong organisational skills, confidentiality, and clear communication. You will work with Head of Compliance & Operations to report to Senior Management and help update policies,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience

• Effective oral and written communication
• Knowledge of Legal, Regulatory and Statutory requirements

Responsibilities

• Performing and documenting internal departmental and ISO audits
• Organising ISO management meetings and taking minutes
• Reporting to Senior Management to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and 9001
• Creating and updating Company Policies for the department
• Performing GDPR audits and supporting regulatory reporting
• Management of Business Continuity and disaster recovery testing
• Implementing compliance training including ISO and GDPR
• Assisting supplier reviews and due diligence activities
