Role Overview
Leidos Europe Ltd is seeking a UK-based Compliance Assurance Analyst to support the Logistics, Commodities and Services Transformation (LCST) Programme. The role will support the monitoring and administration of programme contractual compliance requirements, helping to ensure that obligations are captured, tracked, communicated and progressed through the appropriate governance routes.
You will report through the Compliance function, with oversight from the Head of Compliance and Continuous Improvement and you will work closely with the Compliance Project Manager and Commissioning to ensure compliance-related changes and impact assessments are coordinated, consolidated and submitted in a controlled and evidence-based manner.
Working across Compliance, Commissioning, PMO, Contracts, Operations, Subject Matter Experts and key subcontractors, the role will support the maintenance of the contractual compliance tracker, notify the Internal Compliance Working Group (ICWG) of new or changing requirements, initiate programme-wide impact assessments, and consolidate responses for review and validation.
This role offers opportunities to develop compliance, assurance and programme governance knowledge within a complex Defence logistics environment.
You will be a strong communicator, comfortable working with structured information and able to use SharePoint to maintain records and support controlled ways of working. Training will be provided on programme-specific systems, trackers and governance processes.

The Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation (LCST) Programme for the UK Ministry of Defence is a critical effort to enhance and improve the UK’s defence supply chain. The programme provides essential services such as storage and distribution for the MOD's materiel, including a global freight service and the procurement and inventory management of 70,000 commodity NATO Stock Number (NSNs).
