Job summary

Leidos Europe Ltd is seeking a UK-based Compliance Assurance Analyst to support the LCST Programme in Bristol. The role monitors contractual compliance, helps track obligations, and ensures governance processes are followed with evidence-based records.

You will work with Compliance, Commissioning, PMO, Contracts, Operations and SMEs, maintaining the compliance tracker, coordinating impact assessments and consolidating responses for review by the Head of Compliance and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, coordination, compliance support, project support, document control or assurance support role.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to maintain trackers, action logs and structured records accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow defined processes, templates and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor programme contractual compliance requirements and ensure new, amended or clarified obligations are captured in the compliance tracker.
• Maintain and update the contractual compliance tracker, including status updates, responsible owners, due dates, evidence references and escalation points.
• Notify the Internal Compliance Working Group of new or changing compliance requirements requiring review, ownership or programme action.
• Initiate programme-wide impact assessments using approved templates and defined governance routes.
• Coordinate and chase impact assessment returns from relevant functions, SMEs and delivery areas.
• Consolidate impact assessment responses into a clear summary for validation by the Head of Compliance and Continuous Improvement.
• Support submission of validated returns into Commissioning and to the Compliance Project Manager for onward action, planning or governance.
• Support preparation of compliance updates, working group materials and simple status reports for internal stakeholders.

Compliance Assurance Analyst

Programme: LCST (Logistics Commodities & Services Transformation)

Location: Bristol

Role Overview

Leidos Europe Ltd is seeking a UK-based Compliance Assurance Analyst to support the Logistics, Commodities and Services Transformation (LCST) Programme. The role will support the monitoring and administration of programme contractual compliance requirements, helping to ensure that obligations are captured, tracked, communicated and progressed through the appropriate governance routes.

You will report through the Compliance function, with oversight from the Head of Compliance and Continuous Improvement and you will work closely with the Compliance Project Manager and Commissioning to ensure compliance-related changes and impact assessments are coordinated, consolidated and submitted in a controlled and evidence-based manner.

Working across Compliance, Commissioning, PMO, Contracts, Operations, Subject Matter Experts and key subcontractors, the role will support the maintenance of the contractual compliance tracker, notify the Internal Compliance Working Group (ICWG) of new or changing requirements, initiate programme-wide impact assessments, and consolidate responses for review and validation.

This role offers opportunities to develop compliance, assurance and programme governance knowledge within a complex Defence logistics environment.

You will be a strong communicator, comfortable working with structured information and able to use SharePoint to maintain records and support controlled ways of working. Training will be provided on programme-specific systems, trackers and governance processes.

• Able to summarise information from multiple sources into clear status updates and consolidated returns.
• Willingness to learn programme-specific compliance systems, contractual obligations and internal governance processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and elevate issues where deadlines, ownership or information are unclear.
• UK citizenship.
• Able to achieve SC clearance.
• Willingness to travel within the UK as required.

Desirable Skills Required

• Awareness of MOD contracts, Joint Service Publications, Defence Standards or other regulated compliance requirements.
• Experience maintaining trackers, dashboards, action logs or controlled records.
• Active SC security clearance.
• Interest in developing a career in compliance, assurance, governance, business continuity, risk or programme controls.
