They’re looking for a motivated Compliance Associate to support their expanding compliance function. If you have 1-2 years experience in compliance or a regulated environment (financial services experience is a bonus, but not essential), and a keen interest in financial markets and regulation, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in fintech.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Financial Promotions compliance, working closely with marketing and product teams.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and controls.
  • Helping deliver compliance training and monitoring activities.
  • Assisting with the review and management of complaints and operational risk events.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to Consumer Duty and FCA rules.
