Compliance Assistant

Full-time | Hybrid (Manchester) | £25,000–£27,000 (DOE)

The Role

We’re looking for a Compliance Assistant to work closely with our Compliance Officer, supporting day-to-day compliance across the business. This role goes beyond basic ASA checks, you’ll help ensure our marketing and content meets FCA regulatory standards across regulated financial services campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Officer with daily compliance activity.
• Review ad copy, landing pages, blog posts, scripts, and marketing content for FCA compliance.
• Ensure marketing materials meet FCA requirements, not just ASA guidelines.
• Maintain compliance logs, records, and documentation.
• Assist with audits, reviews, and regulatory submissions.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and flag risks or issues early.
• Respond to internal compliance queries and escalate where needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
