A leading aviation services company based in Greater London is seeking a Compliance Assistant to maintain compliance databases and monitor charter bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Job Description

Day to day duties as a Compliance Assistant will include but are not limited to :

  • Maintenance and update of the Compliance Database of Airlines and Aircraft
  • Monitoring the compliance of charter bookings
  • Screening of clients, operators & routing against potential risks
  • Supporting the Head of Compliance in project work involving insurance and sanctions
  • Supporting the Legal team more broadly in ourday-to-day activities
  • Other general office duties, as required
Qualifications
  • Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Background or training in Legal, Insurance and / or Risk Management - desired
  • Basic research and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations
