The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career to join Stone King's highly respected Risk and Compliance Team. The role will be based in our Bath office with hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing AML checks for every client, including filling in the current opening form, completing AML risk assessments, selecting sector and matter codes, obtaining IDs, running Smart Search reports and conflict checks.
• Responsible for matter closure, contacting Fee Earners, clearing unbilled WIP, clearing residual funds on client accounts, and returning funds to clients.
• Help the firm comply with the requirements under the SRA Code of Conduct.
• Ensuring matters are closed in a timely manner and any outstanding comments or complaints are dealt with by the Risk and Compliance Officer and Partner.
