As part of the EMEA Core Compliance team, the Compliance Advisory Associate will report to the Core Compliance Team Lead and play an important role in supporting TP ICAP’s regulatory compliance agenda.
The position involves close collaboration with business divisions and the wider EMEA Compliance function to strengthen the firm’s compliance culture, provide advisory support on conduct of business requirements, and assist with policy development, governance processes, and regulatory submissions. The successful candidate will contribute to the day‑to‑day delivery of compliance activities, help maintain the firm’s control framework, and ensure TP ICAP continues to operate in line with applicable regulations and internal policies.
