Job summary

A prominent housing association in Swindon is seeking a Compliance Administrator to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with regulations. You will support the Compliance Manager with documentation and data management while providing high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and experience in compliance management within social housing. Qualifications

  • Good standard of general education with GCSEs at grade C or above.
  • Experience with compliance management systems in social housing.
  • High IT literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and data support to the Compliance Manager.
  • Manage compliance records and coordinate assurance reporting.
  • Update and monitor property compliance data and produce reports.
  • Coordinate inspections and liaise with contractors for service delivery.
  • Handle filing, invoices, and respond to customer queries.

Job description

The Compliance Administrator is key to making this happen, providing administrative, clerical and secretarial support to the Compliance Manager and delivering excellent customer service across the Asset Management engagement with residents, clients and third‑party stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and data support – assist the Compliance Manager and team with document preparation, data systems management and service delivery.
  • Manage compliance records and reporting – maintain accurate records and coordinate assurance reporting for regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Support compliance systems and processes – update and monitor property compliance data (e.g., fire safety, asbestos, water testing) and produce regular reports.
  • Coordinate appointments and contractor liaison – arrange inspections, meetings and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Ensure effective documentation and customer service – handle filing, invoices, satisfaction surveys and respond to queries to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
  • Good standard of general education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
  • Experience of compliance management systems in a social housing context.
  • High levels of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and use of data management systems.
  • Experience responding positively to customer queries and complaints conscientiously and diligently with attention to detail.
