Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Pay: £13 - £14.20 per hour
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

What You'll Do

  • Verify Permits: Check public registers and regulatory databases to ensure all waste transport, shipping, and disposal permits are correct.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with our sales team to review new orders, ensuring compliance requirements are met before scheduling.
  • Client Communication: Set realistic timelines and expectations for clients while keeping internal teams in the loop.
  • Record Management: Maintain precise records of waste movements, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Stay Updated: Monitor changes in environmental and transport regulations, adapting our processes as needed.
  • Prepare for Audits: Assemble documentation for audits and inspections to ensure we are always prepared.
  • Identify Risks: Keep an eye out for compliance risks and issues, helping to resolve them swiftly.
What We're Looking For
