The role

As a Compliance Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the heart of our Technical Information Centre (TIC), supporting the Infrastructure Directorate and Design Authority areas along with other key stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the secure management of sensitive documentation and data.

Day-to-day you’ll be:

  • Managing physical and electronic documentation in line with compliance processes
  • Supporting the TIC with configuration control and archiving responsibilities
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks such as minute taking, report generation, and travel bookings
  • Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders including the Royal Navy and Babcock departments

This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:15 – 16:45 and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Compliance Administrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with documentation control or business management systems (training provided)
Qualifications for the Compliance Administrator
  • Standard Grade English and Maths Level 3 or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
