Compliance Administrator
Colden Common, Fair Oak
Up to £25,000 depending on experience

1to1 group are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team in Colden Common. You will be supporting the recruitment team with all pre-starter administrative processes. The role is Monday to Friday 9-5 based in the office.

Duties
  • First point of contact for compliance administrative enquiries
  • Complete all pre-employment checks for new starters, including referencing, Right to Work Checks, DBS applications.
  • Liaise with new candidates over the phone on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing spreadsheets, candidate files and databases.
  • Updating and maintaining ATS (applicant Tracking System) and automated screening tool.
  • Managing Compliance inbox on a rota basis.
  • Ensuring all mandatory training is completed and saved to the correct files.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest compliance updates and informing the team
Requirements

  • Ability to maintain reports and trackers as efficiently as possible
  • Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Independent, intuitive and proactive approach to work with the capability of prioritising your workload.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
