Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new clients and supporting the setup process.
  • Preparing and administering employment and supplier contracts.
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email and online chat.
  • Processing compliance checks, including ID and Right to Work.
  • Responding to contract and HR-related queries.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate client information.
  • Supporting wider compliance processes and reporting.

Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a well-established and trusted organisation, with the appointment of a Compliance Administrator to join their wonderful team.

This business are going through such an exciting period of growth in the new year and have also just moved into brand new, modern offices in Central Bristol, offering a roof terrace, gym facilities and onsite café. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills to develop within a fast-paced professional environment.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Onboarding new clients and supporting the setup process
  • Preparing and administering employment and supplier contracts
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email and online chat
  • Processing compliance checks, including ID and Right to Work
  • Responding to contract and HR-related queries
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate client information
  • Supporting wider compliance processes and reporting
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
  • 1-2 years office support, compliance or administration experience.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional manner when handling sensitive information
AND FOR YOU:
  • Hybrid working available following probation (3 office / 2 home)
  • Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • 22 days holiday, increasing to 25 days with service
  • Friendly and supportive team environment
