We’re proud to have achieved Great Place To Work status for three years running - and to be recognised among the UK's Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation. It’s about so far more than badges to us, it’s about being recognised by our people for the continuous work we do to do better for them.

About Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a Compliance Administration Team Leader to take the lead in supporting our UK operational and commercial teams. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll combine leadership and compliance expertise to keep our business running smoothly and compliantly. As the go‑to person for compliance administration, you’ll oversee a small, dedicated team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory excellence. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet our obligations under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive, alongside other environmental and business compliance standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact—streamlining processes, guiding others, and continuously improving how we work. If you’re someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment and enjoys seeing the direct results of your efforts, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading with purpose: Manage and support a small compliance administration team, ensuring workflows are efficient, priorities are clear, and high standards are maintained.
  • Owning compliance control: Generate WEEE Evidence Notes, compile and submit AATF and WEEE AE returns, and prepare forms for regulatory submissions—all completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining documentation: Create and manage export, return, and packaging compliance records, keeping everything audit‑ready and up to date.
  • Supporting commercial activity: Assist with internal and external Duty of Care audits, guide colleagues on compliance best practice, and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
  • Delivering customer support: Manage smaller PCS customer accounts, handle WEEE compliance queries, and ensure internal systems reflect accurate costs and records.
  • Driving improvement: Identify ways to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and strengthen cross‑department collaboration to make compliance seamless and efficient.
About You

You’ll bring a blend of leadership, organisation, and attention to detail to everything you do. You enjoy balancing hands‑on work with supporting others and take pride in getting things right the first time.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in administration, ideally within a compliance or regulatory environment.
  • Previous team leadership experience with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop others.
  • Knowledge of WEEE compliance or similar environmental regulations (advantageous but not essential).
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage and report on data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.

If you have these qualities and experience managing others in a customer service environment, you’re already well on your way to being an incredible Team Leader. We’ll happily fill in the gaps by developing your knowledge, skills and expertise on the job. And we won’t stop training you once you’ve reached peak Team Leader status, because when you work for a global leader in sustainable materials, there is no limit to your career progression.
