We’re looking for a Compliance Administration Team Leader to take the lead in supporting our UK operational and commercial teams. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll combine leadership and compliance expertise to keep our business running smoothly and compliantly. As the go‑to person for compliance administration, you’ll oversee a small, dedicated team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory excellence. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet our obligations under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive, alongside other environmental and business compliance standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact—streamlining processes, guiding others, and continuously improving how we work.
