Job Overview

Join Nurseline Community Services to provide compassionate, complex clinical care at home. We are looking for a dedicated Complex Physical Health Support Worker to support people living with neurological conditions, physical disabilities, chronic illnesses and long‑term health needs directly in their homes, ensuring care is both effective and reflective of our community values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal and clinical care, including respiratory support (oxygen therapy, suctioning, tracheostomy care, CPAP/BiPAP).
  • Deliver feeding support (NGT/PEG/gastronomy, pump feeding).
  • Support with catheter and stoma care, toileting, continence needs.
  • Promote safe mobility, skin integrity and pressure area care.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and wider health professionals.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • One year of previous experience in healthcare settings, in community or home‑based care supporting people with complex physical healthcare needs.
  • Experience supporting people with long‑term or life‑limiting conditions.
  • Good understanding of personal care, mobility support and infection control practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of multidisciplinary team.
  • Driving Licence is essential for community work and transport of the people we support.
