• Be willing to attend and/or complete specialist training

The Role involves

• Daily documentation
• Following a person-centred care plan
• Working within an MDT
• Supporting service users to access the community (Package dependent)

Shift Options

• Days - 08:45-15:15
• Nights – 23:00-08:00/22:00-07:00/21:30-07:30
• Full Time/Part time/Bank
