The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Support Practitioner for Kirkcaldy, Fife. You will support individuals in their own homes, helping with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and finances, and you’ll help plan activities and outings to promote wellbeing.

Our fantasticteam are on the lookout for compassionate and creative individuals with a positive attitude to join them asSupport Practitioners in an established Complex needs service.

It would be advantageous, if candidates have previous experience of working within a Complex Needs service, where CALM has played a sugnificant role.

The role is 2:1 support, and the shifts are 7am-9pm, 8am-9pm and 9pm-8am (WNS).

The Role:

As a Support Practitioner, you will assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs in all aspects of their daily lives, including support with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care.
The people we support have a variety of different hobbies which we’ll be looking to you to take an active interest in, from going out for a tasty bite or catching the latest movie to a gym session or group activity, the list is endless.
