A leading care organization in Scotland is seeking compassionate and creative individuals to join as Complex Needs Practitioners. The role involves assisting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives, offering support for medication, personal care, and more. Training is provided, and candidates must hold a valid UK Driving license. You don’t need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferable skills. We’ll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Complex Needs Practitioner including a fully funded SVQ.
However, due to the requirements of the service we do need candidates to have a valid UK Driving licence for manual vehicles. Access to your own car is desirable but not essential.
This role is 37.5hrs per week and as such will have a salary of £25,155 PA.
Our dedicated friendly team provide 24/7 support which is tailored to the needs of each individual, so depending on shift length you may be supporting more than one individual but we factor travel into your hours. Our shifts include earlies, lates and sleepovers which start at 9am until 9am the following day and sleep between 11pm and 7am along with weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
There may be occasions that you will be asked to start early or stay later depending on activities the people we support have on.
