An established leisure company in the UK is seeking a Complex Manager to oversee food and beverage operations within their holiday parks. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven management experience, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Salary: From £38,000 pa depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 45 hours over 5 days each week. Shifts will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

With overall responsibility for the food and beverage service across the venue you will oversee all aspects of the service and the staff, leading by example with a friendly and professional approach. Ensuring our customers are having the best experience possible is an integral part of the role, whether it is dealing with complaints swiftly, mentoring the team in customer service excellence or just getting stuck into whatever tasks need completing during a busy shift. Achieving KPIs related to stock management, wage percentages and team development will be a key part of this role.
You will need to have previous experience of managing a food and beverage service and be able to demonstrate effective measures for reducing waste and increasing sales. You will also need to have previous experience with managing and developing a staff team and be able to demonstrate effective ways of motivating the team to achieve excellence. Good knowledge of the licensing laws (plus a personal license) and food standards agency code of practice is essential.
