We delighted to be in the position to recruit for additional file handlers, including qualified solicitors who have experience in complex fast track litigation (including MOJ Portal) to join our thriving team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

You will be working within a passionate team that deals with complex injuries including litigated cases - mostly motorbike related – undertaking progression and settlement of the files on behalf of clients both pre and post issue with the support of junior members of the team.

This role would suit a fee earner or qualified solicitor with experience in handling complex fast track RTA personal injury claims including a litigated caseload and complex MOJ claims.

About You:

• Must be familiar with Proclaim
• Experience of the MOJ Portal desirable
• IT literate
• Experience with credit hire would be an advantage but not essential as full training can be provided
• Comfortable running own files under some supervision
• Litigation experience is essential
