Job summary

Davies seeks a Solicitor to join our Complex Injury Claims Team, handling high-value large loss personal injury matters across London and other key locations. You will support a Lead Lawyer on catastrophic matters while managing your own multi-track cases up to £1m.

The role offers hybrid working with minimum 1 day in the office and a path to seniority within a highly experienced team. A strong background in complex litigation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified solicitor with defendant PI experience.
• Experience handling multi-track/higher value claims (min £500K).
• Strong understanding of litigation practice and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex multi-track injury claims (up to £1m).
• Assist on catastrophic injury claims exceeding £1m.
• Advise insurer clients on liability, indemnity and quantum.
• Draft key legal documents including defences and counter-schedules.
• Analyse complex medical and liability evidence.
• Work closely with clients, counsel and medical experts.
• Attend mediations, JSMs, client meetings and site visits.
