We're seeking an ambitious and proactive Assistant Lawyer to join our highly regarded Complex Injury team in Manchester. Whether your background is claimant or defendant litigation, we'd love to hear from you if you're confident managing investigations, progressing cases independently, and thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
You’ll work closely with an experienced Partner on a fascinating caseload of Employer's Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident claims, with values ranging from £100 thousand through to £750 million. These are complex, high-profile matters often involving catastrophic injuries, making this an exceptional opportunity to develop your technical expertise whilst working on nationally significant cases.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of tasks, working proactively and helping drive matters forward.
Experience dealing with high-value or complex injury claims would be advantageous but is not essential.
