Complex Healthcare Assistant

Location : East Sussex

Pay Rate : £14.30 – £17.50 per hour

About the Role

Superior Healthcare is seeking experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our team supporting children and adults with complex health needs in East Sussex. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients live fulfilled lives while their clinical needs are expertly managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs.

Manage complex clinical tasks including :

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation management
• PEG / J enteral feeding
• Bowel management
• Bipap support
• Medication administration
• Oral suctioning
• Work collaboratively with family members and the wider care team.

About You

• Experience : Previous experience in complex care is essential.
• Driver : Must hold a clean driving licence.
• Checks : Enhanced Child & Adult DBS, three years of references, unrestricted Visa.

Client Preferences

• Team members with experience in complex care.
• Willingness to engage with the client’s interests and family environment.
