A community health organization in the UK is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide management and care in a team setting. The ideal candidate will have a Specialist Practitioner qualification, leadership skills, and experience in community care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing complex cases, and delivering safe care. A valid UK driving licence is required. This role offers flexible working arrangements and supports staff wellbeing.
The post holder will be a Registered Nurse ideally with Specialist Practitioner qualification, and significant experience of working within the community setting. They will be required to hold experience and competence in all clinical skills offered in the community. They will be responsible for assessment, management, planning and delivery of care, including being professionally and legally accountable.
