Professional Carer and Complex Care Worker.

Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.

Plymouth area - £13.68 - £20.52 per hour - Weekly Pay / Free DBS / Holiday Pay

Various Hours Available - across Plymouth & surrounding areas

We have exciting vacancies within our local team for more Professional Carers to join us in our passion to provide the best possible care for the people we support.

This vacancy in particular is to support clients who have complex care needs. We will provide all training and support; classroom sessions and competencies to give you all of the knowledge you need to effectively support our clients. Our clients have their own mobility vehicle and you will be required to drive this - so a full clean driving licence is required.

Hours Including Sleep In
  • nights and includes weekend work too. Day hours vary – some days are 0700‑1400, some are 0800‑1900 and we have shorter hours available too.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting with personal care tasks
  • Administering medication
  • Complex care tasks such as bowel management and cough assist
  • Preparing & Encouraging fluids & nutrition
  • Assisting with activities of daily living & outings
  • Maintaining skin integrity
  • Domestic duties & shopping trips where appropriate
  • Maintaining and updating care records
Qualifications
  • Paid previous experience as a Professional Carer
  • Flexible availability to include every‑other weekend is essential

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake enhanced DBS / PVG, right to work, reference and employment history checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice. You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
