Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is a charity based in Northwest England, dedicated to empowering individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, mental health issues and older people. Our mission is to support people in leading purposeful lives through compassionate care in residential homes, supported living schemes, and community services.

We are seeking a Complex Care Support Worker for Chapel House in Winsford.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem! Full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual support plans.
• Support with personal care, medication, activities, and physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Listen to and respect the choices and preferences of the people we support.
• Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and other professionals.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns.
• Support the Service Manager with complaints or concerns when required.
• Help create a safe, caring and positive environment.

About Chapel House

Chapel House is a warm welcoming 10-bedroom home in Winsford, with a spacious lounge, private garden and sensory room. We provide 24-hour nursing care for people with acquired brain injuries, with a person-centred approach that puts each person’s needs and wellbeing first.
