Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare in Bridgwater is seeking dedicated Complex Care – Healthcare Support Workers to assist a client with spinal injury, providing support with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, and delivering person-centred care.

You will work day or night shifts, receive full training, and join a supportive nursing-led team. Availability of transport is important to cover community and clinic locations as needed. Competitive pay and ongoing professional development are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in spinal injury care and autonomic dysreflexia management.
• Experience with medication administration.
• Ability to deliver person-centred care per personalised plan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in line with the client’s care plan.
• Support with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions.
• Provide care in community and clinical settings as required.
• Participate in 24-hour support as part of the complex care team.
• Follow nurse-led guidance to maintain high standards of care.
